Waiver of Responsibility

I understand that the breathing technique utilized in Integrative Breathwork commonly increases one's heart rate and can create emotional reactivity that may result in emotional release. I understand that this breathing practice can also cause one to access subconscious memories or experience a different physical, mental, emotional, or psychological state than one currently experiences.

I am aware of the potential that the prolonged deep breathing process may introduce physiological and psychological effects that may affect my physical, mental, emotional, and energetic body, and enter into this experience with the focused intention of accessing these previously mentioned states to explore, address, and influence the current physical, mental, emotional, and energetic state that I currently exist in.

I declare that no alcohol or drugs have been taken by me within the last 48 hours, aside from what has been prescribed to me by a certified medical doctor. I am not under the influence of any intoxicants or substances as I come into this Integrative Breathwork experience.

I declare that no mental, physical, or psychological condition prevents me from participating in this experience. These include, but are not limited to, abnormal arrhythmias, heart disease, low or high blood pressure, circulatory or cardiovascular disease of any kind, respiratory illness or distress, or any other such condition that could be deepened, heightened, induced, or aggravated by the Integrative Breathwork practice.

I understand that there may be physical contact in the form of pressure points utilized during the process, as well as the potential for energy work or sound healing, and agree to the use of these modalities in ways that are consistent with standard practices and trainings of the facilitators.

I indemnify and save harmless, from any and all responsibility for the performance and effect of and to myself, the host, facilitators, assistants, owner of the facility, and Heartwave Healing from any punitive or financial responsibility that may arise as a result of my participating in the Integrative Breathwork process.

By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, I accept responsibility for the performance and the effect of all aspects of the Integrative Breathwork process introduced at this event or private session.
