Integrative Breathwork sessions are a powerful, hands-on healing practice designed to help release stored trauma and emotional blockages within the body. This transformative process combines active breathwork, pressure point techniques, and affirmations to promote deep healing. You will be guided through this process while lying down, allowing for a deep release and connection to your inner self. Please note: Participants must be cleared for moderate exercise by their doctor. Modifications will be applied for those who are pregnant.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact within 24 hours in advance. There will be a 50% charge for late cancellations and 100% charge for no-shows.
